Human metapneumovirus (hMPV) infection is not a new virus, but was discovered first in 2001, it is a common virus that circulates in winter and spring. It is a common cause of upper respiratory infections among infants and children under 5 years old.
The Stop TB Partnership has opened the largest ever Call for Proposals (19 million USD) Round 13 for the Challenge Facility for Civil Society in 2025.
