A Brief Guide-“Getting Friendly with Global Fund Data: Using Global Fund Data to Strengthen Engagement in the Grant Cycle”

This brief guide originates from the webinar “Getting Friendly with Global Fund Data: Using Global Fund Data to Strengthen Engagement in the Grant Cycle,” organized by the Asia Pacific Regional Learning Hub (APRLH) on November 12, 2025. The session united communities and civil society worldwide to build skills in leveraging Global Fund data for active participation across the grant cycle, from funding requests to program implementation and oversight.

It offers practical guidance on accessing the Data Explorer, filtering relevant data by tabs like Grants, Geography, and Results, and applying it in advocacy contexts such as Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) discussions, country dialogues, funding request development, and monitoring implementation. Illustrate how to extract targeted insights for evidence-based decision-making and community-led accountability. This empowers stakeholders to demand transparency and impact from Global Fund investments at local, regional, and global levels.
